Delete your FlipKicks account

FlipKicks (app ID app.flipkicks.mobile) lets you delete your account and data at any time.

Delete from the app

Open FlipKicks and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to “Danger zone” and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email support@flipkicks.app from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login credentials and session.
Profile, avatar, bio and onboarding preferences.
Watchlist, saved screenshot analyses and uploaded images.
Search history, activity timeline and profile statistics.

What is retained

Payment and invoice records are retained by our payment provider for up to 6 years where required by UK tax and accounting law. An active subscription should be cancelled before deletion, otherwise contact support so we can end billing.
