Privacy Policy

FlipKicks is a sneaker resale research tool available at flipkicks.app and as an Android app. We are the data controller for the account data described below.

• Account data: email address, display name, avatar and profile bio.
• Onboarding preferences: flip focus, experience level, favourite brands and sizes.
• Product usage: searches, watchlist items, saved analyses and activity events.
• Images you upload for screenshot analysis.
• Subscription status and billing identifiers from our payment provider (Stripe).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party profiling.

To authenticate you, personalise recommendations, keep your watchlist and history in sync, send in-app alerts, and manage your subscription. Market values and FlipScores are generated by our own models — no marketplace scraping is performed.

• Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription payments. Card details never reach FlipKicks servers.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, profile, watchlist, analyses and activity records are removed. Payment records are retained where required by law (typically 6 years for UK tax purposes).

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Delete your account at any time from Settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

FlipKicks is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
